Naila Jackson
A native of Fairfield, AL, Naila Jackson strongly desires to create boundless opportunities for those imprisoned by communal disadvantage and poverty. She nestles the hope of the future in her heart.
Inspired heavily by her mother, Naila feels mandated to carry out the basic virtues of human kindness. She believes in treating others as she would want to be treated, standing up for those who need it, and being strong in the face of adversity—values she gained well before her matriculation at Alabama State University to study Early Childhood Education.
Since then, she has gained traction in the professional world as a significant hand in administrative support. Currently holding a position as the Director and Network Navigator at the Birmingham Business Alliance, Naila has used her talent to usher her into a wave of organizational startup and entrepreneurial change like never before for the City of Birmingham.
Spearheading projects that involve the equality of minority businesses, Naila is reputed to provide small business owners and hopefuls with a sense of creative reliability that makes her expertise quintessential to any establishment. She currently serves and holds office in several community organizations.
Naila will continue to be a strong advocate for the cause, with the expectation of permanent socioeconomic relief for minorities.
When she isn’t busy pushing major corporations past their benchmarks or helping the world become a better place, Naila is a full-time mother of two sons and a friend to many.
